Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager/Project Manager to join our growing team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring clear communication, efficient project management, and timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate will excel at fostering strong client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams for timely delivery of services, and ensuring project deliverables meet our high standards of quality.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and relationship maintenance

  • Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, gather requirements, and ensure client satisfaction

  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables according to client specifications

  • Manage project workflows in ClickUp, including task assignment, timeline management, and progress tracking

  • Facilitate the handoff of completed work to clients and gather feedback for continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with grant writing and grant management specialists to ensure alignment of client needs with deliverables

  • Identify opportunities for additional services that would benefit clients

  • Ensure all client documentation and communications are properly maintained in our systems

  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure profitability and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing project management or account management roles

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency with project management software (experience with ClickUp is a plus)

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Preferred

  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, or healthcare organizations

  • Understanding of grants management, grant writing, or nonprofit accounting

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

  • Knowledge of federal grant regulations and compliance requirements

  • Salary range: $50,000-$59,000, commensurate with experience
